Winter Camps

Epee Master's Winter Camp Los Gatos

December 26 – 30, 2026

This five-day intensive epee camp is designed to develop the fencing-specific athletic abilities required for competitive success. Athletes will strengthen blade control and blade awareness, distance and timing, footwork, attacking ability, tactical adaptability, and competitive endurance.The program combines technical instruction, structured drills, situational fencing, physical conditioning, and high-intensity competition. Throughout the camp, coaches will help athletes understand not only how to execute techniques, but also when and why to use them in competition.The coach will also share his extensive experience in mentoring student-athletes on their journey to becoming Ivy League varsity fencers, offering valuable insights into balancing competitive fencing, academics, and long-term athletic development. As a fencing parent himself, he will also share his personal experience guiding his own children through the sport, providing a unique perspective that combines the expertise of an elite-level coach with the understanding and experience of a parent.
